We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control. All orders are shipped with tracking.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated or collected at checkout.

RETURNS

Any damage, delivery issue, or discrepancy must be reported by email within 2 days of receiving the package. Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold and received. As our pieces are vintage, pre-owned, and often unique, signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections may be present. Please carefully review all product descriptions and photographs before placing your order.

Items must be carefully and securely packaged for return. Items returned damaged due to improper handling or insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please contact us by email before returning an item to receive the return instructions and return address.
